I really can't say enough about Fabio's. It is the best Italian food in Charleston, by FAR. Karl, Fabio, and Olga treat us like family. Order the penne a la vodka (or anything, really), you won't be disappointed! Thanks for always taking such great care of us!

Quaint family owned authentic Italian! Jacki was our server (the chef’s daughter)... outstanding personality and explained the menu very well with delicious recommendations! Had to try the tiramisu after our meal and it was a delicious fruity twist... save room for it! We reheated leftovers the next day... was still fabulous!

Fabio’s was amazing! Don’t let the atmosphere deter you, the pasta was fresh and our waiter (ms. Carlton/Carlson? Sry) was fantastic. Gave great explanations on the food and very knowledgeable on their wines. I had the duck confit tagliatelle and it was delicious. Came out steaming hot and portion was plenty. Highly recommend

My fiance and I ordered takeout, never having tried this place. Seemed a little pricey - which when the quality of most Italian places around Charleston ain't very good made me a bit unsure. It was ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS. The BEST Italian I've had. We shared the Bruschetta for an app and it was delicious - covered in cheese, a sweet balsamic, tomatoes, and fresh spinach. Even after a 15 minute drive it had a very satisfying crunch. I had the lasagna - outstanding. 6 layers - which were cooked so soft that you can cut thru it like butter and melt it in your mouth. It made me make noises my fiance hasn't heard, and feel things I didn't know I could. In all seriousness, my Fiance had the Duck Tagliatelle and she loved it. For desert we split the Limoncello - mosit, light and fluffy, not too sweet, with tiny white chocolate shavings across the top and served with fresh cut strawberries. A spectacular meal - and the fact that they added in a big bag of flavorful herb and garlic bread *chefs kiss* The care and quality put into this food were outstandingly high and obvious. Can't wait to enjoy their food again.

New to the area i been trying to find good places to go for dinner with my family. Since I do cook Italian I seldom go to Italian restaurants! Tonight Fabio blew me away Every dish we ordered it was superb his sauce was like my own chicken parm and lasagna was delish. So we’re the Arancini . Complimenti to the wife with the Tiramisu delizioso. The staff was wonderful I would Highly recommend this place for great Italian food.

Great little Italian place. We were all vegetarian, and they modified the menu or made dishes not on the menu to accommodate us. The food was excellent. Very friendly service also. Will definitely go again if we're in the area.

Fabios is amazing! Everything is homemade, even the pasta itself! The penne alla vodka is a must, we get it every time. We appreciate the intimate environment and the customer service is always great. Carl is very knowledgeable and friendly. You do not want to miss out on this place!

I absolutely love Fabio’s not only is the food fantastic the owners are awesome! I highly recommend this place for the best Italian in town. My son and I are gluten free and it’s so nice to be able to get pasta out that is gf. Can’t recommend this place enough!
